SPD rears it’s ugly head

Jacquelyn’s Sensory Processing Disorder has popped up again. (I initially typed pooped up again. I think they call that a Freudian slip.) She is having mild anxiety when it’s time for kindergarten art class. She finally admitted it’s because the children get loud in there and it hurts her ears. At least she doesn’t run out crying and holding her ears, which is what she would have done 18 months ago. I’m so proud of her for getting through it! Still trying to determine if the issue is acoustical or what. Ah, the mystery of SPD!DSC05397
