Typical Jacq

Jacquelyn was sitting on my sink watching me get ready to go to a friend’s house. She asked me to wear the earrings she made for me, so I put them in. After talking about her cousins getting their ears pierced recently, she asked me what pierced meant. I have a policy with Jacq that I always tell her the truth. Sometimes I have to think about what I’m saying so she doesn’t get stressed out. After explaining what pierced meant, she wanted to know how the hole got in the ear. As gently as I could, I described the gun with the needle. She looked up at me and said, “I feel dizzy. You know, like I’m going to fall.” Poor baby.
